Verkkokauppa Store24:n taustalla oleva yritys Wektori Oy on asetettu konkurssiin 30.5.. Verkkokauppa ei ole pitkään aikaan pystynyt toimittamaan asiakkailleen näiden tilaamia tuotteita. Myös sen verkkosivut osoitteessa www.store24.fi ovat olleet suljettuina.
Kuluttajat, jotka eivät ole saaneet tilaustaan ja ovat maksaneet sen luottokortilla, voivat ottaa yhteyttä luottokorttiyhtiöönsä ja pyytää rahojensa palautusta. Verkkopankin kautta ostoksensa maksaneet kuluttajat voivat kääntyä pesänhoitajan, asianajotoimisto Jukka-Pekka Kyläkoski Oy:n puoleen, p. ( 09) 454 6100.
