Verkkokauppakeskustelu pyörii useinmiten pelkästään tuotemyynnin ympärillä. Iso osa tarjoamasta jää tällöin kuitenkin mielenkiinnon ulkopuolelle. Minkä ihmeen takia erilaisia palveluita on niin rajoitetusti verkossa?
Viimeisen vuoden ajan olen käynyt tietyllä kampaajalla –yrityksessä josta en erityisesti edes pidä- vain yhdestä syystä: pystyn näkemään vapaat ajat ja tekemään varauksen netin kautta. Lisäiloa tuottaa aikaisempi tilaushistoriani: jälleen olen onnistunut viivästyttämään [...]
